Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai is seeking a Finance Planner to support annual budgeting and business planning across the brand portfolio.

You will partner with the Business Head and Senior Finance Manager to ensure budgets are realistic, monitor performance, highlight variances, and advise on preventive actions, expansions, or store closures across markets.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking is required. UAE-based candidates with strong analytical skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual business planning and budgeting in collaboration with the Business Head and Senior Finance Manager.
• Ensure budget targets are realistic and reflect business potential.
• Monitor ongoing performance and report achievements against budgets.
• Highlight variances and advise on preventive actions and reinforcements as needed.
• Provide decision-support analyses for new stores, brands, countries, refurbishments, and exit options.
