Iqarus in Dubai seeks a Senior Bid Manager Writer to lead the bid management team and drive high-value opportunities through the proposal lifecycle, crafting compelling client-focused responses.

The role acts as a strategic deputy to the Director of Capture Government Services International, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing tailored value propositions, and influencing senior stakeholders across government and defence sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum six years leading and coordinating complex bid activities for government/defence clients.
• Experience delivering rapid-turnaround responses to RFPs/ITTs/RFIs/EOIs.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the bid team to adhere to bid processes and governance.
• Oversee the full bid lifecycle from qualification to contract award for high-value opportunities.
• Develop bespoke value propositions and win strategies aligned with client requirements.
• Participate in contract negotiations with legal and commercial teams.
• Support the Director of Capture Government Services International in capture strategies.
• Build partnerships with subcontractors and key stakeholders to influence decision-making.
