Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the bid team, ensuring adherence to bid processes and governance.
• Oversee the full bid lifecycle from qualification to contract award for high-value opportunities.
• Develop bespoke solutions and win strategies aligned with client requirements and objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, compliant bid submissions.
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, and subject matter experts to craft compelling proposals.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and manage partnerships with subcontractors and consortia.
