Job summary

Caterpillar in Dubai seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the EAME region with insights and governance analytics. You will turn data into actionable business definitions and drive improvements across the region.

Key tasks include building dashboards and reports in PowerBI, performing SQL queries, and collaborating with Cat Digital to deliver data-driven decisions for leadership meetings. A Bachelor's degree is required; experience with Snowflake is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skillset (e.g. PowerBI Excel SQL queries).

Responsibilities

• Transform data & analytics into business definitions of Winning.
• Drive data efficiencies through automation with Industry partners including Cat Digital.
• Provide detailed analyses for strategic decision making across EAME.
• Deliver analysis & visualization for governance meetings and projects across EAME.
• Develop key analyses & visualizations in support of EAME Must Wins / Operational Breakthroughs.
• Meet with SMEs to understand challenges and dive into analyses in support of EAME-wide topics.
