Job summary

Caterpillar’s Enterprise Strategy Group in Dubai seeks an Analytics Project Leader to pair quantitative techniques with business acumen, delivering data-driven insights for Rental & BCP Growth with dealers. You will integrate multiple data sets, partner with project teams, and translate findings into clear narratives for enterprise leadership and dealer partners.

The role requires strong PowerBI and SQL skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail, with 5 days in the office and 10%

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics or similar with quantitative coursework.
PowerBI and SQL proficiency.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Experience in business data analysis and research analysis.
Analytical programming experience (Power Automate, Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Utilize multiple data sets to identify data discrepancies, patterns, trends and insights.
Serve as analytics partner to project teams, dealers, and stakeholders to ensure analytical solutions support Rental and BCP Growth projects.
Develop analytics tools and solutions in partnership with business stakeholders for dealer growth plans.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for enterprise leadership and dealer partners.
