WSP Middle East is seeking a senior professional to lead Strategic Asset Management initiatives across the Property & Buildings portfolio in the Middle East. The role centers on asset condition assessments, portfolio optimisation, and providing executive-level strategic advisory to clients.

You will build and lead high-performing teams, drive business growth, and collaborate with global SAM specialists to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Built Environment, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience within engineering consultancy, client-side organisations, or a combination of both, with broad exposure to built environment assets.
• Demonstrable experience in condition assessments and Strategic Asset Management (SAM).
• Strong understanding of the distinction between SAM and Facilities Management, with practical experience applying SAM principles to existing asset portfolios.
• Proven leadership and team development experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to address complex, non-routine challenges.
• Mature, solutions-oriented mindset with initiative and professional judgement.
• Strong business development and commercial acumen with a track record of client relationships.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, engaging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Working knowledge of Middle East codes, standards, regulatory requirements and industry practices relevant to asset condition assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and growth of WSP's condition assessment capability within Strategic Asset Management across the Property & Buildings business in the Middle East.
• Build and develop a high-performing team capable of delivering complex asset condition assessments and supporting wider SAM programmes.
• Identify opportunities across WSP's capabilities to strengthen integrated condition assessment and SAM solutions.
• Provide independent technical and strategic leadership with Senior Directors and other leaders to grow this service in the Middle East.
