Job summary

MBRF in Dubai is seeking an analytics-focused professional to help deploy MBO targets, validate bonus targets in ACTIO, and ensure data integrity across performance systems.

You will develop reports and dashboards, track project progress for the MBRF+ program, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders on benchmarking and transformation initiatives.

English is a must, Portuguese is a plus, and experience with SAP ERP and digital platforms is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, International Relations, Engineering or related.
• SAP ERP & Digital Platforms knowledge.
• English is a must, Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership in MBO Targets deployment
• upload and validate bonus targets in ACTIO

• support MBRF+ Program by tracking project progress
