Job summary

EMIRATES GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (EGA) is seeking a Sales/Commercial professional to act as the interface between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear communication of requirements and terms. The role involves coordinating with Management on contracts, and ensuring compliance with policies while supporting timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, reviewing amendments and pricing, and ensuring data accuracy across SAP and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales/Commercials or related field.
• 2–3 years relevant experience in Marketing, Sales or Commercial area in similar industry, with preferably international experience.
• Requires knowledge of aluminium industry and commercial systems/processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as Sales interface with customers and internal departments to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager to review contracts and customer terms for accurate sales operations.
• Review contracts amendments and pricing letters for policy compliance before approval.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Insurance, QA and IT to provide services to customers.
• Develop strong relationships with external customers and manage regional sales to meet targets.
