Job summary

Abroad Work in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Zayed City. The role involves maintaining financial records, preparing budgets and coordinating financial activities within the organization.

Key responsibilities include bookkeeping, preparing statements, reconciling accounts and assisting with taxes. A degree in accounting or related field is required, with prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing bookkeeping and clerical tasks.
• Preparing financial statements.
• Reconciling accounts.
• Preparing taxes.
• Analyzing expenditures, trends, costs, revenues and other financial data.
• Providing advice regarding investments and budget management.
• Developing processes to help streamline accounting procedures.
• Working with internal departments to ensure accuracy of data in the system.
• Maintaining accurate records of invoices and payments.
• Checking customer accounts for accuracy and conformance with established policies.
