Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly financial reports including income statements and balance sheets.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Assist with budget preparation and cost control recommendations.
• Support tax return preparation with documentation gathering.
• Perform ad hoc analyses or projects as needed.
