Job summary

Taylor & Francis Group in Dubai seeks a dynamic Account Manager to lead growth of Journals and eBooks across West Africa, managing institutional relationships and consortium deals. You will drive year-on-year revenue growth and align pricing, bundles, and Read & Publish models with OA policies.

You will engage with university libraries, research bodies, and government partners, travel across the region, and work with Global teams to optimize offerings while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B account management, institutional engagement, or publishing sales.
• Experience with eBooks, journals or academic publishing preferred.
• Willingness to travel across West Africa and possibly elsewhere in Africa.
• Proven track record in growing revenue and managing high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

• Grow journals and eBooks revenue by expanding institutional sales and key accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for universities, corporates, and government sectors.
• Negotiate deals with consortiums and drive renewals and partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and customer service to ensure strong client engagement.
