Job summary

The Boundary in Dubai is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-value GCC accounts, owning relationships, objectives and long-term growth. You will partner with clients, translate their priorities into strategic plans, and ensure delivery excellence across multi-service projects while safeguarding the health of the account.

Qualifications

Substantial senior client-services experience.
Typically eight or more years in strategic account management or a comparable leadership role.
Experience growing key relationships and contributing to proposals or pitches.
Strong commercial acumen and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic client relationships and be the senior point of contact for a portfolio of key GCC accounts.
Build account plans to deliver growth through retention, cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts.
Shape commercial opportunities through proposals, pitches and aligned client needs.
Provide delivery governance with Project Management, Production and Creative teams to ensure clear, achievable plans and risks.
Resolve client issues with pace, judgement and transparent communication.
Create continuity from pitch to delivery and support onboarding of high-value projects.
Develop the Client Services team through mentoring and coaching Senior Managers and Managers.
Improve processes by standardizing SOPs and templates and conducting post-mortems or service audits.
Maintain accurate account intelligence across engagement, feedback, opportunities and risks.
