Job summary

The Boundary is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-value GCC accounts. You will own the relationships, align internal teams, and drive client satisfaction and growth across complex, multi-service projects.

In this senior role, you will move between long-range planning, commercial discussions, delivery oversight and issue resolution while mentoring a team to raise standards and maintain delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in strategic account management or a similar leadership role in a relevant environment.
• Proven ability to retain and expand key relationships and contribute to successful pitches.
• Experience in a creative, architectural, real estate, SaaS or related professional-services business.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client relationships across a GCC portfolio, understanding objectives and opportunities.
• Build account plans that deliver growth, supporting client tiering and timely opportunities to retain and upsell.
• Shape commercial opportunities with regional leadership on proposals and discussions.
• Provide delivery governance with PM, Production and Creative leaders to keep plans aligned.
• Resolve client issues quickly with clear resolution plans and transparent communication.
• Create continuity from pitch to delivery and ensure Client Services is represented in timelines and resourcing.
• Develop the Client Services team through mentoring and constructive feedback.
• Improve ways of working by standardizing systems, SOPs and templates; lead post-mortems.
• Maintain accurate account intelligence and visibility for leadership.
