Flydubai seeks an experienced Stores Project Lead to deliver digitalisation, automation and compliance across Engineering Stores. You will guide SOPs, coordinate audits, track actions and drive operational benefits using AMOS ERP, WMS and RFID solutions.

The role requires 7–9 years in aviation logistics, strong project management and fluency in English, with a lead role in process improvement and stakeholder engagement. On-site Dubai operations with active oversight of regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in aviation, engineering, logistics, supply chain, business or related discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• 7–9 years of progressive aviation materials, Stores or MRO logistics experience.
• Advanced knowledge of AMOS or similar MRO/ERP system mandatory.
• Experience with warehouse automation/WMS, RFID, scanning, dashboards and testing beneficial.
• PM, Lean Six Sigma or QA certifications desirable; DGR/ESDS training a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Stores projects from requirements to implementation and benefits review.
• Develop and coordinate Stores procedures, controls and compliance.
• Monitor audits, regulatory visits and corrective actions.
• Provide MSS guidance for digitalisation, AMOS Mobile, WMS and dashboards.
• Analyze KPIs and produce clear compliance and performance reports.
• Support budget, procurement forecasts and project cost tracking.
