Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER is seeking a results-driven Supervisor to assist the Brand Operations Manager in leading a store team, optimizing sales, staff, and operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will train, coach, and organize the team, review weekly sales, and implement action plans to achieve budgeted financial performance. A strong focus on brand standards and safety will be maintained.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years' experience in a UAE/GCC retail confectionery.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set an example and drive store performance to meet goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards.
• Maintain inventory and ensure products are displayed to standard.
• Lead staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Monitor and optimize weekly sales and operations data.
