• 5+ years of experience in a customer-focused setting, including at least 3 years in management.
• Operational retail experience in a sports environment.
• Strong interpersonal, hospitality and communication skills.
• Ability to provide engaging journey to customers and team members.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong organizational skills to anticipate store needs.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
