Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, manage, and mentor the sales team, providing daily performance monitoring and coaching to foster a high-performing environment.
  • Sales Performance & Optimization: Drive the achievement of store sales targets, optimizing processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and sales.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and engaging shopping experience for all clients.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations and organization of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Local Marketing & Promotion: Participate in the implementation of local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer traffic.
  • Sales Contribution: Actively participate in sales activities, providing leadership by example and contributing to overall sales performance.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
