Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of retail operations experience including at least 5 years leading large-format stores.
• Experience in supermarket, hypermarket, or high-volume retail environments.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results and operational excellence.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

What you'll be doing

As the Store General Manager, you will have full ownership of the store's commercial and operational performance. You will lead large teams, optimize store operations, and ensure the highest standards of customer service, inventory management, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations to achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Drive commercial performance through effective sales strategies and KPI management.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by fostering a customer-first culture.
• Lead, coach, and develop store leadership and frontline teams.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience managing supermarket, hypermarket, or high-volume retail environments.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing large teams.
• Excellent understanding of store operations, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
