Job summary

One&Only One Za'abeel in Dubai seeks a Stores Assistant to uphold precise stock levels, manage goods in ERP, and support cost control within a ultra-luxury hotel environment.

The role requires familiarity with hotel ERP systems, strong Excel and analytical skills, and a proactive approach to inventory control. You will liaise with F&B and operations to ensure smooth stock movement and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in stores, inventory, or cost control in luxury hospitality.
• Proficient in Excel, numbers and reporting.
• Experience with hotel ERP/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels and document goods in ERP system.
• Receive, check quantity and condition, and store goods in designated areas.
• Maintain storage standards, including hygiene and temperature control.
• Monitor PAR stocks and report shortages or discrepancies to the Cost Controller.
• Ensure storerooms are secure, clean, and well organized.
