Job summary

SCUDERIA MOTOR DESIGN L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a Store Assistant to manage inbound and outbound automotive parts, organize items, and support inventory activities.

You will work closely with Purchasing and Workshop teams, perform stock counts, maintain records, and ensure safe, tidy storage with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store/Warehouse Assistant or similar role.
• Automotive spare parts/accessories experience preferred.
• Basic inventory/stock management knowledge.
• Basic computer skills incl. MS Excel.
• Physically able to handle/store materials safely.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team.

• Receive, inspect and properly store incoming automotive parts and materials.
• Assist in issuing parts, tools, and materials to technicians and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Arrange and label items systematically for easy identification.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Follow company procedures for inventory control and material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inspect and properly store incoming automotive parts and materials
• Assist in issuing parts tools and materials to technicians and other departments
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
• Arrange and label items systematically for easy identification
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks
• Report damaged missing or low-stock items to the Store Keeper
• Prepare materials and parts based on internal requests
• Maintain proper documentation for deliveries and material issuance
• Keep the store warehouse clean organized and safe
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required
• Coordinate with Purchasing Workshop and other departments
• Follow company procedures for inventory control and material handling

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Store Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
• Automotive spare parts/accessories experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
• Physically fit and able to handle/store materials safely.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
