Responsibilities

• Organize cleaning chemicals and supplies; arrange cleaning stock and supplies.
• Rotate stock and move wares from storage to kitchen areas.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies; report maintenance issues and injuries; complete safety training.
• Move and lift up to 25 pounds; stand or walk for extended periods.
