Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department.
• Manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring training and supervision.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and order when necessary.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding housekeeping operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health standards.
