Job summary

Aldar Hospitality's Kai Beach Club in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team, ensure hygiene and HACCP compliance, and maintain open-air back-of-house operations to support five-star guest experiences.

You will supervise dishwashing, cleaning, waste management, coordinate with kitchen and F&B, and guide staff during busy periods while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Stewarding Supervisor or strong Steward in a hotel, resort, or beach club.
• Good understanding of hygiene standards, HACCP, and sanitation procedures.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor hospitality environment.
• Physically fit and able to handle operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding activities, including dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and waste management.
• Ensure all kitchen and back-of-house areas are clean, organized, and operationally ready at all times.
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of stewarding staff during shifts.
• Enforce strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Ensure proper cleaning of equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Ensure staff follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment.
• Monitor inventory and usage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure corrective action.
• Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste in line with environmental guidelines.
• Support cost control by minimizing breakage, wastage, and chemical overuse.
• Maintain records of cleaning supplies and usage.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support events, high-volume operations, and peak beach club periods
