Job summary

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team, ensure clean and safe back-of-house areas, and support Culinary and F&B colleagues. You will manage daily duties, coach staff, and uphold HACCP compliance to deliver exceptional service.

You will be a hands-on leader who sets the standard, remains calm under pressure, and collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth opening, service, and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hotel stewarding or similar hospitality experience.
• Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor, Senior Steward, or Team Leader.
• Luxury/upscale hotel or residential hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, dishwashing, and back-of-house operations.
• GCC/Dubai experience is an advantage.

We are looking for a Stewarding Supervisor who brings strong leadership, discipline, and pride to the operation. You will ensure our kitchens, back-of-house areas, equipment, and operating supplies are consistently clean, safe, organised, and ready for service.

Your Day-to-Day

No two shifts are exactly the same. You will move between leadership, service coordination, and operational support throughout the day.

Lead the Team

• Supervise and allocate daily stewarding duties

Maintain Standards

Support the Operation

• Work closely with Culinary, F&B, Engineering, and other departments
• Support smooth opening, service, and closing procedures
• Manage waste, breakage, and stewarding supplies responsibly
• Support events, high-volume operations, and special requirements
• Ensure effective shift handovers and communication

• Culinary and F&B teams have the support and equipment they need
• Strong hygiene and safety standards are consistently maintained

What We Need From You
