Job summary

One&Only The Palm, Dubai, invites a proactive Assistant Manager, Stewarding, to lead our stewarding team on site. You will supervise dishwashing, cleanliness and equipment, while driving hygiene, safety and cost-control across the department.

You will partner with the EAM-F&B and kitchen teams to ensure optimal equipment, inventory and maintenance, supporting memorable guest experiences with flawless operations.

Qualifications

• HACCP principles knowledge and food safety standards.
• Experience supervising stewarding or related team.
• Strong inventory and cost-control capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership in a hospitality setting.
• Budgeting for stewarding operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewarding department operations and dishwashing.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards throughout kitchen and dining areas.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and supplier relationships for stewarding.
• Coordinate with kitchen and outlets to ensure smooth workflow and timely restocking.
• Assist the EAM-F&B to organize correct equipment and budget for the department.
• Develop and manage stewarding budgets and implement cost-control measures.
