Five Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is seeking a hospitality professional to join our team. This role focuses on delivering a sensational guest experience, upholding Forbes Standards, and maintaining Five's service quality across operations.

You will own your tasks, deliver with precision, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure spotless cleanliness, timely supplies, and a memorable guest journey in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.

Compensation

• Expertly maintains a Hygienic and Orderly Environment, always in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Assists in the Next-Level setup and breakdown of Banquet Events, ensuring Smooth Operations and Remarkable Presentation.
• Collaborates with ‘FIVERs’ to maintain an efficient workflow and uphold FIVE’s Industry-Leading Service Standards.
• Promptly reports any maintenance or repair needs to the Team Leader or Supervisor, ensuring a swift resolution.
• Meticulously adheres to established procedures for handling and storing equipment and supplies, embodying FIVE’s Sensational Commitment to Excellence.
• Actively participates in regular Training Sessions, demonstrating a Continuous Improvement of skills and knowledge.
• Provides remarkable Support during inventory counts and stock rotation activities.
• Anticipates and caters to Guests' needs, delivering Exquisite service that Elevates Guest Satisfaction.
