Job summary

TALENTMATE is seeking a highly experienced QA leader in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, to oversee sterile manufacturing QA, batch release, and lifecycle management. You will ensure QMS compliance, manage investigations and CAPAs, and drive continuous improvement across sites.

The role requires 10+ years in quality assurance for sterile pharma operations, strong cGXP knowledge, and leadership to train and mentor the QA team while maintaining audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy with 10+ years in QA oversight for sterile manufacturing.
• Experience with batch release and product lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and cGXP.
• Risk assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA oversight for sterile manufacturing and batch release.
• Review Deviations, CAPA, change controls, and investigations.
• Ensure cGMP compliance across sites and audit readiness.
• Train QA staff and supervise batch document audits.
• Act as primary compliance contact and drive improvements.
