Qualifications

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, site supervision, or project coordination roles.
• Proven experience managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of construction, operations, or project management environments.
• Practical proficiency in site supervision, safety management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities while maintaining project objectives.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate activities across multiple teams and departments.
• Monitor progress against project milestones and support timely delivery of scheduled activities.
• Maintain oversight of compliance with UAE regulations, applicable safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Document relevant site activities, compliance matters, and incidents.
• Work with project teams to resolve operational issues and communication gaps.
