Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Specialist - Stakeholder Management in Abu Dhabi to facilitate approvals, permits and regulatory compliance for small to medium projects. You will liaise with government authorities, maintain the stakeholder register and support project teams with documentation and status updates.

The role requires 2–3 years in stakeholder management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. Local Authority registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 2–3 years' experience in stakeholder management or related field.
• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Local Authority Engineer registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project-related approvals, licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and government authorities.
• Maintain stakeholder management register and dashboards.
• Support planning and communication with end users and authorities.
• Coordinate with authorities for clarifications and permissions.
• Prepare and submit required documentation to authorities on time.
• Monitor progress and flag risks to PMs and design engineers.
