The role requires an experienced professional who can oversee daily site operations, engage clients, contractors, government agencies, and community representatives, and maintain effective communication while supporting project schedules, regulatory compliance, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
The Senior Specialist will act as an important link between site operations and the stakeholders involved in project delivery. The position requires sound professional judgment, strong organizational capability, and the ability to understand different stakeholder priorities while keeping engagement aligned with project objectives.
The role involves developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients, contractors, government agencies, community representatives, and other project stakeholders. You will conduct regular stakeholder meetings and briefings, communicate project progress, address concerns, and help align expectations throughout different phases of delivery. Stakeholder feedback will need to be assessed carefully so that practical solutions can be developed without losing sight of project requirements.
