Job summary

Farah Experiences LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced operations leader for entertainment, events, and live show management. You will mentor team leaders, schedule rosters, and ensure attendance, grooming, and development.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary education or equivalent required.
• 1 year of leadership and 2 years in the entertainment industry preferred.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in live production environments.
• Knowledge of current Health and Safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Team Leaders and front-line staff, including training, attendance, grooming, coaching, and development plans.
• Assist in probationary feedback and discussions.
• Manage daily operational scheduling and annual leave trackers.
• Coordinate appearances and roaming entertainment at parks and events.
• Support SOPs and induction training.
• Oversee duty schedules and roster planning to ensure readiness.
• Ensure quality control across performances and show standards.
• Support production and collaboration with Creative, Production, and Costuming teams.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and compliance standards are met.

ROLE SCOPE

Support & Management

• Manages and provides guidance to Team Leaders and their respective front-line colleagues to include their job training, daily attendance, grooming, coaching, appraisals, and personal development plans
• Assists in probationary feedback and discussions
• Daily operational management and scheduling of WBH and WBW
• Manages annual leave trackers to ensure park expectation coverage
• Supports in SOP and induction training

Daily Operations

• Oversee duty schedules for their area ensuring annual leave plans support operational readiness and ensure sufficient time off to colleagues
• Coordinates and oversees character appearances and roaming entertainment both in the parks and at external events

Quality Assurance & Show Standards

• Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure consistency across all entertainment offerings.
• Conduct regular inspections of green rooms, and performer presentation standards.
• Ensure all appearance standards align with brand guidelines, character integrity, and creative requirements.
• Support show quality initiatives by ensuring performers maintain a polished and performance-ready appearance.
• Ensures dossiers are updated and tracked as required.

Production & Project Support

• Supports Creative, Production, Entertainment, and Costuming teams on new shows, attractions, character programs, and special events.
• Support the scheduling of seasonal events, , festivals, and entertainment activations.
• Assist with rehearsals, performer fittings, and operational readiness for new productions.
• Supports and aligns with technical needs for shows, activations and M&G opportunities.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all organizational policies and procedures.
• Follow best practices for performer care.,
• Support risk management initiatives and report any safety concerns or operational issues promptly.
• Supports incident reporting and follows emergency response procedures as directed by the Stage Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

• Higher secondary or equivalent education.
• 1 year of experience in leadership and 2 years in the entertainment industry
• Proven leadership experience
• Problem solving
• Strong experience managing teams, schedules, and daily operational requirements.
• Understanding of entertainment, theme park, theatre, or live production environments.
• Strong quality control and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple productions, events, and operational priorities simultaneously.
• Experience within theme parks, attractions, cruise lines, theatre, film, or large-scale entertainment organizations. .
• Experience supporting seasonal events, parades, festivals, and large-scale entertainment activations.
• Experience in operational procedures.
• Experience supporting new attraction openings, entertainment launches, or operational readiness projects.
• Strong creative ability with experience contributing to character development and overall show aesthetics.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of current Health and Safety guidelines.
• Discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information

Desirable

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent
• 3 years of stage management experience and/or 5 years of performance experience.
• Stage Management experience
