Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an experienced reliability leader to set and enforce platform SLOs, error budgets, and operating standards, with hands-on control of deployment and observability.

You will own IaC deployments with Terraform, lead incident practices, and design AI-powered workflows reliability. Expect collaboration across cloud providers (AWS/GCP) and containers (ECS/Kubernetes), plus working with major LLM APIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience running production systems at staff or principal scope.
• Deep experience with AWS (or GCP), Terraform, containers (ECS/Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience operating major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI) in production.
• Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript and relational databases.
