Job summary

Prompt is a mission-driven startup delivering highly automated B2B enterprise software to rehab therapy businesses in Dubai. You will lead AI projects from ideation through architecture, production, and iteration, shaping end-to-end AI systems.

You will work with stakeholders to define success criteria, deploy traditional ML and LLM workflows, and implement robust evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails for reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI/ML system development in industry or academia.
• Strong experience with LLM-based systems: RAG, prompting, multi-step workflows.
• Understanding of AI evaluation and monitoring (offline metrics, online monitoring).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals for production-grade systems.
• Proficient in Python (>3.9).
• Knowledge of Docker basics.
• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, RDS, EC2).
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience building internal AI tools or platforms used across business functions
• Experience designing evaluation harnesses (golden datasets, regression tests)
• Experience with FastAPI, Streamlit, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with retrieval systems, vector search, and hybrid search
• Experience building healthcare software or data processing pipelines
