Job summary

Included Health in Dubai is seeking an AI Lead responsible for designing, building, and operating internal automations, AI agents, and secure integrations.

You will own deployment and hosting decisions for AI implementations, take AI POCs to production, and partner with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Finance, HR, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Clinical teams to deliver AI tooling while meeting healthcare security requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI advancements and LLM expertise.
• Experience owning deployment and hosting decisions.
• Proficiency in software engineering and systems integration.
• Ability to design and implement secure architectures.
