Job summary
SentinelOne is seeking a highly experienced Staff Solutions Engineer to serve as the strategic technical expert for enterprise and government customers in the UAE. You will partner with sales to shape opportunities, deliver deep-dive demonstrations, PoCs, and architectural reviews of the Singularity Platform.

Qualifications
- 10 years of hands-on experience in Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity, EDR/XDR, SIEM, observability, and modern security architectures
- Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability to diagnose challenges in large, complex environments and design scalable, outcome-focused solutions
Responsibilities
- Qualify and shape opportunities by understanding customer environments and drivers
- Lead high-impact technical engagements including PoCs and architectural reviews
- Serve as a senior SME across EDR/XDR, AI security, SIEM, and Observability
- Advise enterprise and government customers on robust security architectures
- Deliver technical narratives, solution architectures, and executive presentations
- Own and contribute to RFP/RFI processes aligned with customer requirements and regional regulations
- Channel customer insights back to Product Engineering and Threat Research
- Mentor junior and mid-level SEs to drive technical excellence
