Job summary

Help AG is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain SIEM and security solutions across client environments. The role focuses on Sentinel, Splunk, Defender, and related Microsoft security products, with close collaboration across teams and clients in Dubai.

You will lead content development, dashboards, and use-case creation while ensuring 24/7 operations support and ongoing process improvements for Managed Security services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Security Operations Center or managed security environment.
• Knowledge of Splunk, Azure M365, and MS cloud security essential.
• 5+ years in security engineering; 7–8 years for senior level including Splunk and Sentinel.
• Experience administering Splunk and Sentinel SIEM with content development.
• Use case creation and dashboard/reporting for Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk SIEM.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SIEM solutions (Sentinel preferred) and Microsoft security technologies.
• Administer Defender, Azure IP, and Azure Threat Protection products in customer environments.
• Assess customer needs, design solutions, and implement the design.
• Serve as primary responder for Managed Security customer systems and coordinate resolutions.
