Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai seeks an organised Staff Accommodation Coordinator to manage all aspects of colleagues' living spaces, from room allocations and occupancy to inventory, repairs and renewals, ensuring privacy and comfort in line with hotel standards.

You will liaise with external cleaners, security officers, contractors and the People & Culture team to address concerns, maintain up-to-date records, coordinate move-ins/outs, monitor lease expiries, and ensure safety and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage room allocations and occupancy records for staff accommodation.
• Maintain inventory lists and furniture records for each apartment/room.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of staff accommodation areas.
