Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a staff accommodation coordinator to oversee accommodation operations for team members. • Record-keeping and attention to detail for accommodation records.
• Coordination with service providers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff accommodation records, including occupancy, vacancies, location, and inventory.
• Manage external cleaners, security officers, contractors, and other service providers within the staff accommodation premises.
• Address colleagues’ complaints and concerns regarding staff accommodation and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Handle colleague welfare, privacy, and welcome amenities for new joiners; coordinate check-in/out procedures.
• Monitor lease expiry dates and coordinate renewal of staff accommodation contracts; ensure compliance with hotel standards.
