You will coordinate external cleaners, security, and service providers; handle complaints; ensure timely repairs; coordinate contracts renewals; and prepare occupancy and accommodation reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or housing coordination.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update staff accommodation records and room allocations.
• Coordinate external cleaners, security, and service providers in staff housing.
• Handle complaints and follow up on repairs to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain inventory for apartments and ensure cleanliness of common areas.
• Prepare occupancy reports and renew contracts for staff accommodation.
