Job summary

GSSTech Group in United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Finacle Product Engineer / Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on Finacle Core Banking, Scripting, and PL/SQL. The role combines functional banking knowledge with technical expertise to translate business requirements into effective Finacle solutions.

You will own end-to-end solutioning, configuration, customization, API integrations, testing, deployment support, and stakeholder management across CASA, TD, and Loans

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Finacle Product Engineer / Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking , Finacle Scripting , and PL/SQL .
The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of functional banking knowledge and technical expertise, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Finacle solutions.
The role involves end-to-end solutioning, Finacle configuration and customization, technical development, API integrations, testing, deployment support, and stakeholder management.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of core banking modules such as CASA, Term Deposits (TD), and Loans , along with experience working on enterprise banking platforms and core banking transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation Lead end-to-end solutioning for Finacle Core Banking requirements.
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct requirement analysis, functional design, and gap analysis.
• Configure and implement Finacle modules based on business requirements.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
• Finacle Customization & Development Develop and implement customizations using Finacle Scripting .
• Develop and maintain database procedures, functions, and scripts using PL/SQL .
• Perform Finacle menu customization and configuration.
• Configure and support Finacle functionalities based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Finacle.
• Integration & Technical Support Design, develop, and support API integrations between Finacle and external/internal systems.
• Support API configuration, integration testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Handle batch job scheduling, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting .
• Work with technical teams to ensure reliable integration between Finacle and enterprise applications.
• Support production issues and provide technical resolution within agreed timelines.
• Stakeholder Management Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
• Understand business processes and translate them into Finacle functional and technical requirements.
• Communicate solution approaches, dependencies, risks, and delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Testing & Deployment Support functional testing, system integration testing, and UAT activities.
• Assist business users during UAT and resolve identified issues.
• Support deployment, release, and post-implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical and functional support.
• Ensure solutions are delivered with appropriate documentation and quality standards.

Required Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Finacle Core Banking technology projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Finacle Core Banking .
• Strong expertise in Finacle Scripting .

Strong functional knowledge of core banking modules, particularly: CASA – Current Account / Savings Account Term Deposits (TD) Loans The candidate should understand relevant banking processes and be able to translate business requirements into Finacle solutions.

• Delivery & Agile Experience working in enterprise banking technology delivery environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Participation in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, requirement discussions, testing, and release activities.
