Job summary

GSSTech Group is seeking an experienced Senior Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant to lead core banking transformations. The role requires hands-on Finacle customization, API integrations, and production support across enterprise banking projects.

You will bridge business requirements with technical design, drive workshops, and mentor teams through SIT/UAT and go-live activities. Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finacle Core Banking implementations and support.
• Hands-on experience with Finacle Scripting and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience in Finacle customization and development, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solutioning for Finacle Core Banking implementations, including requirement analysis and solution architecture.
• Conduct workshops to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Configure and customize Finacle Core Banking modules based on business requirements.
• Develop custom solutions using Finacle Scripting and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Design and implement Finacle customizations while ensuring banking standards.
• Develop, configure, and support API integrations between Finacle and enterprise banking applications.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking, Finacle Scripting, and Oracle PL/SQL to support enterprise Core Banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep techno-functional knowledge of Finacle modules, strong customization and integration experience, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation across large-scale banking projects.

This role requires hands-on experience in solution design, Finacle customization, API integrations, stakeholder management, testing, and production support within enterprise banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solutioning for Finacle Core Banking implementations, including requirement analysis, functional design, gap analysis, and solution architecture.
• Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Configure and customize Finacle Core Banking modules based on business requirements.
• Develop custom solutions using Finacle Scripting and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Design and implement Finacle customizations while ensuring adherence to banking standards and best practices.
• Develop, configure, and support API integrations between Finacle and enterprise banking applications.
• Perform menu customization, parameter configuration, and system enhancements within Finacle.
• Configure, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs and background processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-production stabilization.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure proper documentation of functional specifications, technical designs, configurations, and implementation activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and project timelines are successfully achieved.

Required Technical Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Finacle Core Banking implementations and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Finacle Scripting.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Extensive experience in Finacle customization and development.
