Job summary

EPIC Piping is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition professional to join our corporate team. You will manage full life-cycle recruiting and hiring for a wide range of roles across national and global projects.

Ideal candidates will bring 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive approach to recruitment. Industry knowledge in pipe fabrication is a plus, with opportunity for growth and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems; LMS experience preferred.
