Job summary

Delivery Hero is seeking a strategic leader to optimize and scale our subscription program. You will own the P&L, define North Star metrics, and drive commercial improvements across markets.

The role requires strong analytical skills, finance acumen, and expertise with SQL/BI tools. You will coordinate with product, marketing, finance, ops and sales to roll out new features and pricing changes, continually benchmarking against global models.

Qualifications

• Analytical and strategic background with 3+ years in quick commerce, ecommerce, or management consulting, with finance focus such as P&L and budgeting.
• Proficiency in BigQuery SQL, Tableau and Looker; familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets/Slides) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the subscription program P&L and refine business strategy across markets.
• Define and monitor North Star metrics and OKRs for sustainable growth.
• Develop and enhance the subscription value proposition using benchmarking and market feedback.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams (product, marketing, finance, ops, sales) to implement initiatives.
• Improve data visibility and reporting for faster, data-driven decisions.
• Extract insights from data and stakeholder feedback to improve user and partner experience.
• Contribute to annual and long-term business plans and advise leadership with data-backed recommendations.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for new features and pricing changes, ensuring smooth rollout.

• Own and optimize the subscription programs P&L analyzing financial performance refining the business strategy and driving commercial improvements across markets.

• Define and monitor North Star metrics and OKRs to ensure sustainable growth and strategic alignment across regions.

• Develop and enhance the subscription value proposition informed by competitive benchmarking customer feedback and market dynamics.

• Drive crossfunctional execution by coordinating with product marketing finance ops and sales teams to implement subscription initiatives effectively.

• Improve data visibility and reporting to enable faster more accurate decisionmaking and align teams with realtime performance insights.

• Extract actionable insights from data analytics and stakeholder feedback to improve user and partner experience boosting retention and satisfaction.

• Support strategic planning by contributing to annual and longterm business plans and advising senior leadership with databacked recommendations.

• Lead gotomarket efforts for new feature launches (e.g. Apple Pay) and commercial changes (e.g. pricing MOV) ensuring smooth rollout and alignment.

• Continuously benchmark and evolve the subscription program by comparing with local and international models identifying innovation and improvement opportunities.

Experience

• Analytical and Strategic Background: Minimum 3 years of experience in quick commerce ecommerce or management consulting. Must have strong acumen in finance; P&L analysis budgeting and business impact analysis.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in BigQuery SQL Tableau and Looker is a must have. Knowledge of Google Suite especially Google Sheets and Google Slides is highly desirable.
