• Experience in one or more of the following areas construction or engineering project management real estate development or architecture design
• 15 years of experience in construction management pre-construction management or related discipline
• Experience with AutoCAD and or Building Information Modeling BIM as well as scheduling software Primavera MS Project or similar - certification such as Professional Engineer PE LEED or Certified Construction Manager CCM
• Project Mana
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM), as well as scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)- certification such as Professional Engineer (PE), LEED, or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.
