Job summary

Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, water, drainage and bridges. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role demands strong planning, cost control, QA/QC, HSE adherence and experience with FIDIC contracts, NOCs, and authority approvals.

Job Description:

The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and delivering infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, water, drainage, sewerage, bridges, etc.) from initiation to completion. The role involves ensuring timely execution, cost control, quality compliance, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

PProven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects involving:

• Stormwater drainage
• Sewerage networks
• Potable water networks
• Irrigation networks
• Fire Fighting networks
• Electrical and telecom duct networks
• Utility diversions and protection
• Strong knowledge of trenching, shoring, dewatering, Over pumping, HDD, pipe jacking and microtunneling
• Familiar with soil classifications
• Thorough knowledge of Traffic diversions
• Experience in utility coordination, NOCs, authority approvals and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring and risk management.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts, variations, claims and commercial management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of local authority requirements and infrastructure standards in the UAE preferably RTA ROW (Dubai)
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
