Penspen Ltd. is urgently seeking a Senior Preservation Engineer for offshore projects in Abu Dhabi, covering WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and bridge frames.

The candidate will develop and implement preservation plans, ensure preservation during fabrication, load-out, and offshore installation, and coordinate with construction and commissioning teams to hand over systems with full traceability. Expected to have extensive offshore experience (15+ years) and offshore certifications (BOSIET, HUET);

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper preservation, protection, and maintenance of equipment during fabrication, load-out, transportation, and offshore installation.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and condition monitoring to verify preservation status and identify corrective actions.
• Coordinate with construction, completion, and commissioning teams to maintain preservation integrity until handover.
• Maintain accurate preservation records, checklists, and reports with full traceability and client-standard compliance; address non-conformances per HSE practices.

• Ensure proper preservation, protection, and maintenance of equipment and materials during fabrication, load-out, transportation, and offshore installation.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and condition monitoring to verify preservation status and identify corrective actions.
• Coordinate with construction, completion, and commissioning teams to maintain preservation integrity until system handover.
• Maintain accurate preservation records, checklists, and reports, ensuring full traceability and compliance with client standards.Ensure adherence to HSE requirements and industry best practices, addressing preservation-related non-conformances promptly.

Experience Required

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, with strong offshore exposure.
• Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) are often required
• PMC experience will be preferred
• Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
