Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project HSE plans, procedures, and policies.

• Lead HSE activities for offshore and onshore project sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP, JSA, and toolbox talks.
• Monitor safe work practices and permit-to-work systems.
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and safety training.
• Liaise with project management, contractors, and clients on HSE matters.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement on site.

Job Description / Role

The Sr. Engineer – HSE (Project) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards at project sites. The role ensures full compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements, with strong focus on offshore oil & gas project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project HSE plans, procedures, and policies
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations
• Lead HSE activities for offshore and onshore project sites
• Conduct risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP, JSA, and toolbox talks
