Job summary

GeneDx in Dubai is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to own full financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting for Innovation & Technology and Lab Operations.

You will design a monthly operating rhythm, drive accountability, lead reviews, and partner with the board on financial decks, while building dashboards and an expanding finance team.

This role requires a director-level track record, strong storytelling, and a hands-on coaching style to scale a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A partnership at the Director level or above.
• Proven ability to build forecasting models and planning cycles from scratch.
• Excellent track record of holding senior leaders accountable to financial performance.
• Elite storytelling with strong executive presence.
• Player-coach leadership style that scales a growing team.
