You will mentor junior traders, manage risk frameworks, and optimize pre-match and live strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise profitability and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced gaming environment.

• Mentor and coach junior traders; drive operational best practices across the desk
• Update and maintain trading databases to support accurate, data-driven decisions
