Omnicom Media Group in the UAE seeks a Senior Account Executive to support the delivery and activation of sport and entertainment partnerships across the MENA region. You will work closely with clients, rightsholders and internal teams to coordinate rights, activation plans and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Experience in sponsorship, partnerships, sport, entertainment, marketing, or agency environments.
• Passion for sport, entertainment, culture and live experiences with market knowledge across MENA.
• Strong organisational, project management, and time management skills for multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management and activation of client partnerships and sponsorship programmes.
• Develop understanding of client partnership strategies, rights and activation guidelines.
• Track and manage partnership rights, assets and deliverables for campaign execution.
• Coordinate approvals between clients, rightsholders, agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with activation plans, client presentations, briefing documents and project materials.
• Maintain project plans and rights trackers; use account management tools.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes and action logs for meetings.
• Monitor timelines and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Events & Live Experiences and other teams to support activation delivery.
• Research industry trends to support client recommendations.
• Assist with client reporting, campaign analysis and post-activation evaluations.
• Support financial administration activities including purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking.
• Build strong relationships with clients, rightsholders, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify industry developments and new opportunities for clients.
• Support onsite activations and event delivery when required.
• Contribute to the wider Partnerships team and Fuse culture.
